The small print, in plain English
No VAT is charged. Cancel any time from Settings › Billing.
Can I use it without the AI?
Yes. The Author plan is every tool in every book you write for £4.99 a month, with the AI off. Turn it on whenever you like; it uses credits from a top-up.
Do monthly credits roll over?
No. They reset on each renewal. Top-up credits never expire.
Can the AI change my book?
No. The AI only suggests. Nothing joins your canon until you approve it, and every fact shows where in the manuscript it came from.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep your account on the Free plan with everything you have written and sealed, and any top-up credits. You keep writing in your first book; the others can still be read, shared and exported at any time, and choosing a plan again opens them all.
Can I get a refund?
Plans and top-ups aren’t refunded once bought, and you confirm that before paying. If a result is clearly broken, report it and we put the credits back. See the refund policy.
