Lock a picture as canon

Make one picture the character’s canon picture; every new one is checked against it.

  1. In Visual Studio, click Compare on the picture under Results. For a picture you uploaded or an older one, open History and click Compare with canon on it. (The Compare with canon tab on its own opens the newest picture.)
  2. Under Canon from, choose The start of the story, or a later point and its Book and Chapter.
  3. Click Lock as canon (or Lock from the chapter you chose).

Good to know

  • Locking from a later point lets a character change: earlier chapters keep the picture from the start.
  • The picture that was canon before is kept in history.
